Overeaters Anonymous Journal of Recovery; is published quarterly by
the Houston Metro Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous. Steps features
local OA news and announcements, as well as inspirational and program articles.

expressed herein are those of the writers and not of HMI or OA as a whole,
unless otherwise noted.
Copies may be
picked up at the Oasis
Club and other meeting
sites, subject to availability.
We are always in need of some
experience, strength, and hope from you gals and guys out there! Email
our Editor via the web site address below
with articles on your favorite recovery topic, accounts of personal
experiences, and stories of your recovery. Your submissions are
always appreciated and allow our Editors to make this a truly local OA Houston
newsletter. And, it's a great opportunity to get in some great Twelfth
