OA LITERATURE

OA literature may be purchased locally at the 8:30 a.m. Saturday Oasis Club Meeting
(5645 Hillcroft, Suite 102).   Brochures for interested individuals and newcomers are also available at no charge at this time, and at most meetings.

OA literature may also be ordered online or by standard mail order from the World Service Office of Overeaters Anonymous.  An online catalog of all OA literature is maintained at the OA World Service Office Website.

OA publishes a monthly magazine, Lifeline, available by subscription. Link here for more information and to view a sample edition on line.

The Houston Metro Intergroup of OA also publishes a local quarterly newsletter, Steps.
